Andy's Pond
These posts come from a site on FB called Evanston Classifieds which is located in the Evanston WY area. It is actually a site for buying and selling stuff….like a huge, year round, county yard sale. However, this conversation took place on March 15 on this site regarding the story of Andy Johnson in Wyoming and his fight with the EPA to keep his pond that WY state had approved with permits.
